Making Cold Brew Ski Beans at Home

Ski Beans are great sources for making cold brew coffee at home!

Much like making hot coffee, cold brew has many production techniques. But the most simple process is as follows:

  1. Coarsely grind Ski Beans
  2. Add cold (or room temperature) water
  3. Let it steep for 12-24 hours
  4. Separate the Ski Beans grounds from the liquid using a filter or press and there you have it – Home Made Ski Beans Cold Brew.
ratio of 1:8 of coffee to water is suggested, but you may want to adjust for your personal taste. For cold brew concentrate, you can up the ratio to 1:4 coffee to water.

Once you have your cold brew base, there are multiple ways to flavor your drink. Milks, syrups, and and for those of legal age, boozy options like the mountain favorite: Peppermint Schnapps.
