Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis with the goal of keeping skiers stoked and on the hill with great tasting coffee.

Return Policy: Coffee and Tea
We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, we are quite willing to resolve problems as they arise. We strive for perfection on the hill and in our ski bean bags but sometimes nature has a different plan and we deliver a batch that is not up to our standards. If you're not happy for any reason please contact us a info@skibeans.com within three days of receiving your order and we will do our best to make you satisfied.
