Sourced from over 800 smallholder farmers in Yirgacheffe’s Aricha Woreda, this Grade 1 washed coffee delivers tea-like sweetness, matcha, and white grape with a bittersweet cocoa finish. Grown at 1,900–2,150 meters and roasted to 75–85 Agtron for balance and depth.
Brew Tip: Drip or French press, 1:15 ratio, 200°F, 30-sec bloom.
